To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it

We do not accept returns on any opened or consumed mushroom-based products due to safety and health regulations.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of many of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Microdose capsules
  • Mushroom edibles or gummies
  • Dried mushrooms
  • Opened or used consumables
  • Health and wellness products once opened
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable content

Proof of Purchase

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. Contact us first at {your email} to initiate a return.


Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • Items are returned damaged or incomplete (not due to our error)
  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery
  • Packaging is missing or broken

Refunds

Sale Items
